Individual Therapy

This work may include practical strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thoughts, skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to manage emotions and stress, solution-focused techniques to move toward meaningful change, and existential and person-centered therapy to explore identity, purpose, and what matters most to you. Together, these approaches allow therapy to be both structured and deeply personal, supporting you in making sense of your experiences while also creating lasting, real-world change.

Biofeedback

At Oceanside Counseling we provide biofeedback services utilizing HeartMath and the Calmstone. Biofeedback is a tool that helps you see how your heart and emotions respond to stress in real time. By learning simple breathing and focus techniques, you can shift your body and mind into a calmer, more balanced state. Over time, this helps reduce anxiety, improve focus, and manage stress more effectively.

Athletic Performance & Mindset Coaching

Are you putting in the work but struggling to perform consistently under pressure? Mental blocks, anxiety, and self-doubt can keep even the most prepared athletes from reaching their potential.

Coaching blends sports psychology with practical mental skills training to help athletes build resilience, manage anxiety, strengthen confidence, and sharpen focus. Using tools such as visualization, mindfulness, goal-setting, and biofeedback, athletes learn how to regulate their nervous system, stay grounded under pressure, and translate their physical training into consistent, game-day performance
