Athletic Performance and Mindset Coaching:

Do you need support and help navigating identity, self-hate, life-after-sport, self-worth, performance anxiety, perfectionism, and setbacks from injury?

Athletic Performance and Mindset Coaching is a non-clinical, goal-focused service for athletes ranging from the high school level to the D-1 or elite level athlete and is not considered psychotherapy. Because of this, insurance companies do not cover coaching services. Clients who choose this option will complete a brief opt-out form acknowledging that they are receiving coaching rather than mental health treatment and will be responsible for the full session fee. If you’re unsure whether therapy or coaching is the best fit for you, I’m happy to help you decide.

Kaitlyn Colasurdo, a former Division I athlete and current sub-elite marathoner, knows firsthand the unique pressures athletes face and uses that insight in her coaching.

“We cannot ignore our pain and feel compassion for it at the same time.”
